Orthodontic Treatments
-
Early orthodontic treatment can improve your childβs orofacial environment and reduce the need for more complex orthodontic treatment later on.
-
Here at ACT Ortho, we offer the very latest metal and ceramic braces for children, teens and adults.
-
Invisalign/Clear aligners are virtually invisible. They are the clear alternative to braces in Canberra. Clear aligners gently move your teeth to their ideal position. The aligners are robotically engineered to fit you perfectly. This makes them a very comfortable and aesthetic orthodontic treatment option.
-
Orthodontic retainers need to be worn after treatment in order to maintain the position of your teeth. Teeth continue to move throughout life; hence retention is indefinite.
-
Sometimes minor tooth correction is all that is needed. Perhaps you have had some relapse following previous orthodontic treatment; or maybe you just want a couple of teeth re-aligned. This is when we may offer you βACT Liteβ- a simple, short, braces or clear aligners treatment over 6-9 month duration.
We are dedicated to serving the Canberra Community
Benefits of Orthodontic Treatments

Correction of malocclusions (in particular open bites and Class III malocclusions) can improve chewing function and speech.
